Committee of
Inspection
The Committee of Inspection have continued to be active in
pursuit of avenues which may lead to a better return for creditors.
To this end, the Committee have written a letter of complaint to
the EFTA Surveillance Authority, a copy of which is attached below.
Also attached is a copy of the initial response from the
Authority.
